just a gentle reminder that you do not need to have social media. if you are feeling anxious, lonely, envious, or depressed in any way because of what you see online— you are allowed to remove yourself from it. take a break or completely delete it. it will not make you any less trendy or cool. trust me. your health and well-being is so much more important than trying to find your worth through a cracked screen. you don’t need to “catch up” on what everybody’s doing. it won’t do you any good. your identity is found not in someone you follow on instagram, but in a God who followed you first. you are chosen and loved and you have a purpose. never forget that.
